Carbon Care Asia recently visited a large afforestation project in Sichuan. This afforestation project not only helps mitigate the harmful effects of climate change, but also helps to avoid soil erosion and to sustain the bio-diversity of the region’s natural environment. The project brings about strong local benefits in employment and livelihood for the local communities.
