ESG Improvement Potential in Asian Real Estate Sector – Insights from GRESB Assessment

As its premium partner, CCA teamed up with GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmarking) to embark on an analysis of the Asian real estate sector’s ESG improvement potential based on aggregate scoring data collected by GRESB from 137 Asia-based real-estate participants. The core objectives of this joint study have been built upon enhancing the sector’s shared understanding of sustainability financing and identifying its ESG improvement potential in Asia’s emerging economies.
