What Do We Make of COP24?

In early December 2018, CCA Director Mr John Sayer attended the UNFCCC COP 24 in Katowice, Poland where he presented “Paris Watch: Hong Kong Climate Action Report”. The report examines Hong Kong’s performance against the spirit and letter of the Paris Climate Agreement. This issue summarizes the analysis on the Paris Agreement Rulebook and the right actions that should be taken to combat climate change.
