The world is pouring more and more resources to understand climate change and its impacts. But much is still poorly understood. By the end of this century, will sea level rise by 0.5 meter, or as much as 70 meters as some experts predict? As a coastal city, will Hong Kong survive intact under the worst scenarios? How vulnerable are we to coastal flooding, more intense storms, food security and health impacts? Are we prepared to face the challenge?
Carbon Care Asia is delighted to have been invited to speak at the Saturday Talks series organized by the Hong Kong Maritime Museum (HKMM) on 23 Aug 2014. Ir Albert Lai, CEO of CCA, gave a talk on “Climate Change : Can Hong Kong Survive? ”. | ||
