CCA Director John Sayer, when interviewed by China Daily Asia on 6 April 2016, points out that Hong Kong’s electricity companies are the biggest polluters in town. Hong Kong needs to do much more to transit from fossil fuels to renewables, if it wants to lower its carbon emissions and pollution like other international cities.
