Go Carbon Neutral the Funky Way
Carbon Care Asia Sponsors Climate Change Gig @ Lan Kwai Fong
Climate Change Gig goes carbon neutral, in partnership with Carbon Care Asia. Carbon Care Asia sponsors the carbon footprinting, communications, offset engagement and is the sole provider of carbon offsets for the event.
Three of Hong Kong’s hottest bands, and a new ensemble HOT AIR featuring ‘for fun’ amongst others, will be raising the heat and spreading the “Act on Climate Change” message.
Hot Air are rhythm ‘n’ blues and soul funk rather than Climate Gospel – and if you want to catch this one off (maybe not) performance, then turn up by 8pm. This evening has been organised by Eden Ventures with the support of The Underground.
Where: The Cavern, G/F, LKF Tower, D’Aguilar St, Central, Hong Kong.
When: Saturday, November 28 – 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Ticket: HK$150 (buy at door). Your ticket price will buy you a tonne of carbon and offset the gig
Other bands playing include:
Thinking Out Loud – Female-fronted alternative pop rock with a spicy kick of sax
Absolut Clap – Classic funky rock grooves
Nightflight – Rock and pop hits old and new that will keep you on the dance floor.
